40-Hour Week--learn the real estate business while you work in it !

MOTIVATED individuals needed to join our successful real estate team. Your position is vital to the success of our team. You'll be working with 14-16 agents on our team; nurturing real estate leads and customers until they are ready to meet in person.

Your bonuses are paid when the customers close on a property with one of our agents, thus you'll determine the timing and motivation of each prospect you talk to. All of your work will done from our headquarters in Norman, near the OU Campus.  Excellent training is provided to learn our system & scripts---to ensure your success in an upbeat workplace.

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline

  • Primary duties include taking calls from prospects about real estate properties; outbound warm calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle

  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with our agent team

  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections


  • Has excellent time management and follow-up skills

  • Practices, memorizes and internalizes scripts

  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly paycheck

  • Strong phone skills, with the ability to set appointments over the phone

$13.50/hour for first 90 days.   
If you meet the minimum # of appts required each week during your first 90 days, your pay is
raised to $15/hour, along with bonuses.   Annual salary expected to be $40,000-$55,000 per year.
